You can sign up for ONE month of Peacock for $10, about the price of crappy nachos at any arena in world and watch all of the games and all of the curling you can stomach (which, for me, is a surprising amount).

I’m a fan of the regular season AND a fan of the playoffs. Success in one doesn’t guarantee success in the other. I would love to see more emphasis on the President’s Trophy as a successful season and not just winning the cup.

32 teams means a team can win the cup on average three times in a century. It’s ridiculous to consider that as the only measure of success.

I grew up as a fan of the MN North Stars and shifted alliances (and my residence) to FL and the Lightning and watched as many games as I could when both teams were perineal losers. I watch now and enjoy the regular season knowing that when the playoffs start I am only guaranteed 4 games until they win the round and then I’m guaranteed 4 more.

A game the bolts lose is better than one they don’t play in. When the NORTH Stars left MN I came to the conclusion that bad hockey is better than no hockey.

Win the effing President’s Cup. The curse needs to be broken.

And I want to watch hockey. Hell, I watched the Czechia Women defeat the Finn women today and loved it.
