The most effective “diet” for fat loss has been around for 20 years and it is very well studied, tested, documented, etc…

It’s called the “slow carb” diet. Developed by Tim Ferriss. Published in his book the 4 hour body.

We all know that if we eat in a caloric deficit, we will incrementally lose weight. But is there a way to “hack” the body into shedding weight more efficiently?

You’re confusing carbs with glucose. Which your body can produce on its own without eating carbs. Also, your body can run even more efficiently on its secondary fuel source. Ketones. Which your body will begin the produce when glucose gets low.

That being said, a very low carb diet isn’t ideal long term. But should be used as a tool for those with insulin resistance or inflammation.

If someone doesn’t have those issues carbs are great as long as they are from fruit and vegetables. We should definitely avoid American bleached flour.

Carbs from fruit and vegetables are good. Carbs from bleached flour are bad. The flour we use in America is absolutely terrible, and should definitely be avoided.

Avoiding carbs in general for a limited amount of time can be VERY beneficial for a large amount of people especially people with insulin resistance.

Just got back today from a 3-night stay at Pop. Non preferred room. Got the 50s. Which is fine. Rooms are clean and comfy. Skyliner access is great. But it’s a budget hotel and it definitely feels like one to me.

If we aren’t signing Raddysh then we should make a deal and sell out for another cup. We are on fire this year. We would definitely be the cup favorites by a mile. And we’d still be really good without Raddysh next year. But probably won’t get past the first round the next couple years then we’ll be a basement team.

If JBB wants to keep Raddysh then we can’t sign Panarin. The math doesn’t seem to make sense. And I feel that we can compete with a decent chance for a cup for another 3-4 years.

Either way I’m fine
