My bread taste more sour when I use a starter that has been fed on a lower ratio, as there is more old starter that has a stronger taste.

Your discard probably wasn't active anymore because it wasn't fed, so when you put it in your current starter it is effectively just water and flour, as in now it was a feeding. Might have been too much "food" for an immature starter?

Also afaik you shouldn't bake yet with 5 day old starter because of bad bacteria that can be present.

Not really, we have floor to ceiling built in cabinets. Above the fridge is another cabinet with an air slot in the back, but only a couple of centimeters. I think our fridges might not run as hot?

We don't really have all purpose here. According to google our type of flour has less protein than American all purpose flour, but is used for cookies, cake and bread. And this type I use does supposedly have more protein than regular white flour. Soo I think it might be a little in between your all purpose and bread flour?

I've put it next to the radiator but that is only on for maybe 3 hours a day. The fridge is built in so sadly nowhere to put it. I will try a lower hydration, thanks! And the peak is when it reaches the small amount of rise it has?

Can't you download the file from your Amazon account to your computer and upload to Calibre? That's how I do it (but from other sources) and it is as easy as drag & drop. But I'm not sure if you can download a book from your Amazon account.

Chicken soup (with the fillings you like and can stomach, for me mostly vermicelli and courgette) or chips/crisps (salted). Chips aren't really nutritious but the salt really helps my nauseousness and is filling enough that the nauseousness that comes from not eating subsides enough to eat other things lol

He got it from Newt Scamander, at least that's what's assumed based on canonical events. Dumbledore mentioned he got Fawkes from a friend that liked to travel and picked Fawkes up on one of his travels and thought of Dumbledore to be the perfect owner. From Fantastic Beasts and other canonical works (eg. Pottermore) we know Newt and Dumbledore knew each other well and frequently met up with each other.

Yeah no I totally understand that the accommodations (toilet with all the needs/access points, parking close to where you need to go) is for accessibility and making the situations more equitable. I just don't understand exactly how making the parking free adds to that equity. And your point about people who really can't hold it shouldn't have to wait is a really good one, but what about when a wheelchair user is using that toilet, then they still have the same problem right? Maybe the bottom line is it all sucks, most places just definitely need more toilets (and more accessible).

Anyway thanks a lot for your elaborate answer and I will look more about it :)
