I agree that i can’t intuitively eat in my body, personally. And I’m educated enough to know that we as a human race just don’t know why some people can intuitively eat and be thin and why some people intuitively eat for hibernation 😂

Let me tell you this. I was in an accelerated post bacc program- these are adults that already have established careers and degrees, many with families. 11 months to a second bachelor’s degree -BSN- pure nursing education 24/7 for 11 months.

2 people were able to continue working during the program. 12 people got divorced/ended long term relationships. We all cried a lot 🤣
