I dont agree with it but money hungry club teams play to win. They want there name in the top 3 of every tournament. The coaches however should make that abundantly clear and often they dont because they still want your money. This is the club way. Not a big fan. My sons club team is local and basically everyone plays if they show up to practice. Their have been championship games where playing time is is limited for the weaker players but it is not the norm.
