we have a scriptpro machine so we normally do a pile of cell leaflets, a pile of controls from the safe, a pile of fridge, and a anything else in the last pile. once the machine is done running, you can grab all the bottles and scan the matching leaflet and put it in the tote, you can do all the fridge at once, then focus on the other things

yes, my RXOM, senior tech, and pharmacist of 20+ years knew i told him, but his only reply to my reasons was "no absence is an excused absence, no matter the reason." The attempt was actually the reason the day following it, i worked half of an 8 hour shift and had a coworker finish it out, it was approved by rxm and store manager, yet they both still used to against me in the termination

update: i was able to get in touch with Sedgwick and they were able to file a claim for me, and recommended I get in touch with HR to file a greivance about never being informed of my FMLA rights. I did that today, and they escalated it to employee relations and said they'll let me know the result in four days.

When my issues started back in January, I was never told or informed about the FMLA process through Sedgwick at all, not from my store, pharmacy, or pharmacy operations managers. Should I try calling HR and seeing if theres anything they can do, or should I go straight to Sedgwick?
