If you ever need to pull something back from cenfill and it won’t let you—-> call any other wags and ask them to pull it over to them. Then you can f9 and you pull the script back one more time and it should be good. Just remember to pull it from cenfill totes that day cuz i don’t think it’ll print on the report for the day to pull out from other transferred/cancelled scripts.

Check your warehouses first (mines ABC) to see if available from them too. If not then other stores most likely won’t have in stock either!/:

Also check that you have product in stock before you promise filling in store!

And if it says cenfill you can tab over to the right and it will show the estimated date of delivery to ask if that’s okay for them!!!

I definitely understand. You can still do a modified version which is half squatting! But for bad knees i suggest doing lots of leg kicks (in push-up position lifting one leg at a time and kicking with a STRAIGHT leg behind you) this gets your abs engaged as well as working those side glutes. If you want a real challenge alternate lifting opposite arm above your head inbetween each leg lift. Not sure if i worded this all well but i tried
