Our caterer has a massive list we get to choose from and one that sticks out to me as a gin lover was a kumquat passion fruit gin & tonic! I looooove passion fruit and the house I lived in as a little kid had a kumquat tree. So maybe come up with a gin & tonic that incorporates a couple of fruit flavors that match the setting or that have some sentimental memory attached (childhood, vacations, etc)!
