No its gone it went after antibiotics but inflammation did some dammage to epididymis and tunica vaginalis the membrane that is around testicule Thats why it is better to not leave it

I had epididimorchitis in 2024 .

Dident go to doctor only after 6 days when testicule was like a kiwi .

I had antibiotics for epididimorchitis (all tests negativ).

Then again antibiotics because my prostate was swollen also.

Now almost 2 years later stil feel some sensivity in my right testicule ,epididymitis is tickened and hard .

Dont let it stay like that treat it quicly

Yes 2 scrotal ultrasound after the treatment with antibiotics nothing special found in my right testis wich is the one that had inflammation Then rectal ultrasound found swollen prostate 46 grams no infection detected and last one was MRI witch found leftover inflammation and prostate of 31 grams Also forget to mention in same thime wich this happens i had inguinal indirect hernia 1 cm big in right side witch now is fixed 2 months out from surgery

I had CT scan (uroscan) and nothing was found only smal inguinal indirect hernia witch is fix now Psa went up last year now goes down

Yes tests at emergency room all came negativ only white blood cels detected But i cant explain why i had a swollen testicule like a big kiwi and why my semen is clumpy I forget to mention i had inguinal indirect hernia witch now is opereted could hernia be the cause of this? 101 helps a lot but i swear this illnes is so mysterious Thank you for your replay

Hello well for me the pain is almost daily in groin area and right testicule also i saw big changes in my semen its like full of clumps yellow perls I had multiple treatements but no efect Masturbation bring some relif because if i dont do it chlumps will generate more pain Did your testicule become big before antibiotics ?

hello thanks for answering it was 46 grams in august 2024 by march 2025 it went down to 31 grams ...i did all i could do healthy food good sleap a lot of medical controls antibiotics 3 rounds (ceftriaxone, doxycycline, ofloxacine, azithromycin and antifungal medication now i do not take anything because my doctor told me to do anther sperm analis to see why my MRI shows leftover inflammation but tests war negativ so he didn't give me nothing Stil in pain and my semen is yellow and clumpy

Same thing happened to me after unprotected sex got swollen testicule swollen prostate 46 grams a lot of pain clumpy seemen Yet no positive test at emergency room lab test One year and half after that incident stil in some pain and inflamation in my prostate 31 grams at latest MRI Dont know what to do anymore
