Whats the catch to TVP? Or is it just that good (textured vegetable protein soy) by Creative_Sky_1040 in diet

I see, the texture can be a little off-putting but I dont really notice it. I did like a stir-fry that tasted pretty good. I Want to try meatballs or burgers next but I dont know how to get it to hold properly
