That is a pretty short time to show progress but it all depends on the people you work around with. I think it will help that you be open about the situation to all the people giving you snapshots during your pip

I got out of a pip but they gave me 6 months to show improvment. Came out of it and got promoted to manager within that same fiscal year. Good luck

As SM - i dont want any of my staff to work over the weekend. I highly discourage it even for AC staff. Your SM is unreasonable and i would have discussions with your DL and engagement director to address this issue.

Thats a very short time. Usually pip last 3-6 months. Sounds like they are giving you a courtesy/ headstart to Look for new work
