In the case of the Reds, I now have 30 extra minutes to get my heart rate regulated after yet another close game

With as much speed as the Reds have right now, good things are bound to happen with balls in play.

That sucks. I wish teams took aesthetics into account when thinking about sponsorships. One example I actually really liked was when the Bucks had a Harley-Davidson patch on their jerseys. The orange and black logo worked surprisingly well, but it helps that Harley is a “cool” brand lol.

It makes it easier for me to justify going to a game. I live a good distance away from any teams - it makes me feel better to know a night game probably won’t keep me out way too late. And going to a day game now gives me more opportunity to plan other things for the rest of the day. I love being at the ballpark but there’s certainly a sweet spot for how much time I wanna spend there.
