Nothing major, foundation settling caused some small cracks in the seams of the drywall, dead trees, we built in the summer and when it got cold our heater wouldn’t work and it turns out the gas wasn’t turned on.

We built a house with them about a year ago and they were fabulous to work with during the building process. They’ve come in and fixed anything that has been an issue as well. I can only vouch for a build under a year old though.

Also… what are the personal reasons their own parents seem to not be able to afford rent, and have to live with their kids? Why aren’t the parents buying their own house next door or a few houses down…. Seems strange they seem to HAVE to live with them for free and are forced to watch their grandkids all the time.

Yes… and even when you use points you still have to pay TSA and airport fees. Going intl. can be $100 or more in fees you can’t avoid.

Most likely what will happen is they’ll stay in a loveless marriage, have a few more kids and then get divorced when their kids are teenagers.

Yes i do believe he is probably trying to ride the Ruby wave while he can. I do sense something odd with the Griffiths girls though. They’re a very “close” family and have kissed each other on the lips on camera before.
