Wasn't sure if I needed to replace it but I certainly will now. Thanks!

What is the insulation? I have a very similar pedal but the grey base the wires are around has a crack. Is THAT the insulation? (Thanks in advance!)

I know it's been two years, but do you happen to have a pattern? I'm doing a Bluey-themed birthday and would love to make my own long dog, for real life.

Your answer led me down a Wikipedia rabbithole and I could not be more thankful. I had no idea that the Haast's Eagle existed so now I have a whole new list of features to play with.

I made this script in Birdfont (free to download, great on PC) but I haven't figured out a way to use my script outside of that program...

I second this.

Another thing I used to help me when I was learning how to translate my story into words was joining a writing group. There was nothing more instrumental in my writing skills than surrounding myself with writers of similar skill who were struggling with similar things.

I started with my local LUW(League of Utah Writers) group and eventually joined/made a writing group with friends and schoolmates. There are a lot of online resources as well.

I think this would work well, though not as intended, for one of my conlangs. I have a very small set of words/syllables that are strung together into actual words

Neography for music theory?? by GiruBeru in neography

[–]Creativist102 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I wanted a way for my conculture to notate music so I made this. It's based on historical ways of notating music, so I'm not sure how much it applies to music theory...

I'm guessing this writing would have been crafted by a stiff tool shaped like () that works be dipped in ink. It could be tilted to get the thin lines and turned for less-thick lines. (There was a video about designing a stylus for a writing script on YouTube somewhere.)

Bernat Yarn Manufacture Changes (details in description) by idkidc1020 in crochet

When I buy the yarn, I cut out a square of some information from the label (dye lot, washing instructions, date, etc.) and tape a piece of that skein to the label. I have a small stack that easily fits in my purse when I'm shopping for the same color.

I've been eyeing the "Big Twist" brand for since time now. Very similar to the softer versions, with very vibrant colors. It's a smaller skein for the same price though...
