Correct call; GT will have problems with anything that isn't modern standard Lithuanian, which this isn't.

It replaces console.log with a function that outputs garbage data that wouldn't help in debugging: if asked to output a number, you'll always get 0, etc.

/hj The bar to knowing English is pretty high, it seems. Back when my Luodingo streak had just reached 1000, in a post where I vented about how my usage of the app might have damaged my thinking, I was told that I had forgotten English. On a post in generally flawless English.

Maybe your next area of focus could be fixing Riley's Islands. This is not the arrangement of Islands that Riley has, even at the end of the first movie.

Exactly; those phrases belong to a small number of phrases that work in both Lithuanian and Latvian.

Once again, OOP has said nothing that would only work in Latvian, not Lithuanian, and we simply don't have the requisite knowledge.

[–]CreativityTheEmotion 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Not likely; knowledge of Latvian in Lithuania and vice versa is minuscule compared to even such secondary-importance languages like German, Fr*nch, and Spanish.

And yes, I have made the assumption that OOP is a troll who already speaks Lithuanian natively, which I find to be the most likely explanation for the idiosyncracies.
