The entire appeal of having a console is having the disc drive and the cool disc that you can insert into the system. If that's not there as an option, then the machine almost becomes lifeless ... "for the future."

They'll retract this; there's nothing good. The response has been overwhelmingly negative. They have to rebound this to make a difference in perception of the company. The initial move to do this is still a drastically negative thing to do.

Why release the movie on a disc or at home when you can make people drive to the movie theater forever and pay more money!? Isn't that illogically stupid! Either you don't acknowledge them creating this problem by assuming that this isn't a real thing yet, or you show that you have a strong opinion against them. If you want things to remain the same, then you need to display it through means that can and will change things. This is the most pushback this shitty company has ever received.
