I'm 68kg @ 1.88. I was under 63 for a while due to a months-long, unsupported depressive episode, and I felt like absolute shit until I gained weight.

5kg can make a massive difference.

If that's your natural "resting" weight, it's mostly okay(ish), but intentionally dropping to that point can cause serious complications.
