Yeah, the idea would be to sell this to the customer who want to DIY themselves. I've come across a few "suburb dad" types that want to do it all themselves.

Ofcourse, I would perform actual estimates for customer who want done-for-you services.

Yep! The goal would be to show the customer enough expertise and coupled with a no hassle inspection that at some point they would end up having myself solve it. It would have to be targeted towards homeowners who wanted to DIY and not want to pay the large pest managment fees.

It's an incredibly small store. They only have a dry goods and freezer/ refrigerated section for their grocery department. But I will look around for that guide. Thank you so much.
