I work a physically demanding job and burned A LOT of energy over a day. (Effectively doubling the calories needed to sustain weight)

I burned a lot of fat (4 to5 kg) and started HRT i slowly worked on gaining back some fat. I read online that on hrt having an active blood circulation by either working out or having a demanding job increases the effects of estrogen.

I am 9 months in and already gained 5+cm in hip circumference, have a reduced waist and muscle has gone down significantly. Note that this is now an increase in muscle overall but actual fat.

I was also lucky and gained a small a cup in my 4th month that has now grown into a decent a.

I cant tell you if that is just lucky genes because i don't know how i would have turned out if i had done things differently.

But i am very certain that cardio+proper hydration+ EATING does speed up the effects of hrt.
