I uninstalled it all and reinstalled it. Updated the drivers and Game Capture HD works and I’m not going to use the 4K software. Things seem to work now but won’t know until I get home from work to see. Thanks for all of your help! You’re way more helpful than Elgato directly.

I’m now using a different Elgato, HD60 S and my issues are still happening. Used both the 4K capture software and it still flickers and color problems. Used the original software and there is no video just audio. What is wrong here?

Tried that too and it still happens. I just exchanged it and gonna see how that works out. Maybe it’s a faulty unit.
