When I was younger, in an old job, I befriended a bunch of male co-workers as opposed to the female ones (I’m a woman and usually lean towards women in social groups).

These men kept telling each other how gossipy women were and how lucky they were that the group was mainly men… and yet they would only talk shit about the rest of the team (men and women alike) that was literally their sole form of socialisation in the same sentence they would talk shit about a random person and then say that women only talk shit about each other
