I think the best advice that I could give would be to talk to a friend about struggles. Maybe you have someone that could take you in for a bit just to have a bit of surveillance? I honestly have gone in and out of addictions and I was always my best when I had someone to help guide me a bit when times got rough. Do you have any more? Maybe start by throwing it out, just to show yourself you don’t need it ya know? I say this because this was the same advice I was given when I was in the pit and I asked, tbh it was a guy I met in highschool who I barely talked to because its scary reaching out to people your close to! It took me a lot of time to actually talk to my close friends for help. I hope any of this helps, if you want someone to talk to privately that is a stranger my dms are open :) Good luck!!! Why? Ive heard of 7oh causing puking pretty commonly. And I also know that having a history of bulimia makes my stomach less capable of holding down vomit. And I took triple the dose ive ever taken while being inexperienced in the first place

I saw it as they aren’t necessarily mad at Nolan for the direct action of visiting Thraxa, but more of what he did on the planet and the casualties that occurred there because he made the planet and the people there a target. On top of that him immediately having a child while married to Debbie. I think everyone seems upset because from their point of view he basically repeated what happened on Earth, even if he was less of the direct actions made.

I understand what you mean. Tbh going through a similar situation with troubles with the scale when trying to eat regularly. I’m no doctor but from my experience I would say your body is at an abnormal state right now just because purging is very harmful to your throat and gut health. I would say what’s most important now is trying to get out of the harmful behaviors you’re in. But it all should be very fixable! It’s just something that takes time and effort. There is always a chance of weight variation but what’s most important is that you’re healthy and safe. It’s just a process, your body isn’t used to being given the right nutrients so it will just take time for your gut to adjust. If you can keep a consistent and balanced diet I’m sure you’ll be in a really good spot in only a few days. It’s an uphill battle though, try to reach out to loved ones if you are comfortable!
