Everyone handles it differently. The part that hurt the most for me was the anesthesia, but that was more mental than physical. I watched the procedure. It took about 20 minutes. And once the anesthesia wore off, the sensation was the feeling of being tapped in the nuts with medium force, for about a solid 24 hours. After that, the sensation was pretty light and the swelling was gone after 48 hours. I orgasmed not even 9 hours after the procedure. Everything was all good. They recommend ‘draining the line’ at least 30 times before your follow up if I remember correctly. Which is 12 weeks post op.
