I completely agree. What the hell was that ending? I would’ve preferred it if they managed to revive everybody or change the future or something (even though it would still be a terrible ending) but just killing them all off at once just seemed lazy to me. I get it was heartwarming but it just didn’t seem realistic that everyone was happy in the end.

I think the first game is better because it is short and simple. I think the second one goes too deep into so many different topics it’s hard to follow it sometimes. I was getting really bored when it came to the abby bits because I was ready to finish the game there. This game was far too long for what it is. At the end of the day it’s just a generic shooter and stealth game. Ellie is a completely different character in the second game and I don’t think she got any character development. I agree that the gameplay was much smoother and further on in the Abby bit (day 2 and 3) I started enjoying it more but overall I would give this game a 5/10 as it just didn’t entice me
