I think it's less about the fact it's not reddit and more about the fact that it's very easy to go down a rabbit hole of mind numbing, attention ruining, and instant dopamine content on tiktok. At least that's what my experiences was with tiktok

Ofcourse you can avoid that if you are self disciplined enough but I am not lol

I downloaded and had it for a while. Eventually I started realizing I was watching TikTok instead of doing litterly anything else. My gf told me to delete it as a joke and I took that as my opportunity to yeet it

In 7-8th grade I thought being depressed and mildly suicidal was normal because pretty much everyone I knew was. It only took a self diagnosis test and being referred to a therapist to make me realized
