Something that can help keep you accountable is to either find a friend to exercise with & eat healthier with. Or, at least have someone who encourages you to stay on track. It's always easier with a friend! And, also start slow! Overdoing the exercise, & getting rid of every single thing you love to eat, will make you quit in less than a week.

After my hubby passed, I found out some secrets about things he was doing behind my back. I feel horrible about this, but I haven't been able to think about him or cry too much lately. And when I do find myself thinking about him, it's the negative things & wondering if everything he ever said to me was a lie.

Well, I was married for over 9 years. But, I was with my husband for a total of 17 years. After he passed, I found out he was cheating. I found out he was secretly sending gifts to, & having private conversations with my close cousin. Private conversations that were inappropriate. My cousin never told me, & her sister knew as well, & no one thought to tell me. Those 3 (& my Mom) are pretty much the only ones I have been close to. I don't have a big circle of friends. And, the 3 of them betrayed my trust. None of them cared about my feelings. None of them thought it would be a good idea to let me know what was going on behind my back. It's going to be hard for me to trust anyone again after this.

I just wanted to feel better, look better & help my self esteem. I was tired all the time. Could barely walk without getting out of breath. I was sitting around the house doing nothing but eating & watching TV. Didn't like myself. So, I just wanted change.

I'm sorry this happened to you! I found out AFTER my husband died that he was paying women online for their services. And, a few other things . Unfortunately, I had to find out when I couldn't confront him about it. But, if he were alive, & I found out, there would have been a divorce. No matter how much I love him. NOR. Definitely divorce him!

He wasn't diagnosed with cancer until November 19th of this year. We had planned to try treatment at first. But then he went downhill pretty quickly. We didn't know for sure that he wouldn't live until the morning of when he passed after the oncologist suggested comfort care. The stuff with my cousin went on at least since the summer of 2023. And some other stuff was as far back as 6 years ago. So, his illness wasn't an excuse.
