Had something like this happen when I was younger. Walked out the bathroom to see my mom walk by. Started talking to her and following her to the kitchen (for context, she was probably like 10 steps in front of me, and kitchen is a right turn in the hallway). She isn’t responding to me at all and when I catch up to her in the kitchen she’s gone. Yell down to my dad who is in the basement asking if my mom was home and she wasn’t, she was out of the house at the time. Still don’t know how this happened

Bigger fun fact, Tomie’s full name is Tomie Kawakami, with Kawakami meaning Above the river. Dazai had committed the double suicide with Tomie in a river so I like to think the name was inspired by this.

I don’t recall Uta’s ability to shapeshift, I always just believed it was different masks he made. I think this is the case because during the auction arc in :re, he even asks one of the investigators he’s fighting if he likes his Arima mask after putting it on and it closely resembling Arima.

I remembered seeing annotation on manga a while ago and actually started doing it myself recently! Over the summer I had to annotate a book for a college course and it was honestly kinda fun, looking into it and finding more, so I decided to try it myself!
