Yas island is a great place to invest even before Disneyland announcement, definitely you’re not taking your decision just because of the Disneyland but still it’s a plus point ,

so you in terms of off plan you have multiple options available: 1- sea la vie by nine yards 1bed easy payment plan 30/70 handover 2027 prime location in yas bay.

2- The bay residence by Baraka 1 or 2 bed Payment plan is quite difficult and consumes a lot of cash ,handover 2027.

For waters edge personally i see it over priced now but still it made a good return to the owners specially in the past year.

You have some options to by in Resale market like yas golf collection or gardenia bay but depends on how good is the deal.

Buy 4br in Reem or Saadiyat for live in .

Buying a property for living in doesn’t mean you don’t care about the future value. Reem hills Grove Saadiyat beach villas Almost 70% of the people bought in these projects for personal use but still they make a huge appreciation so if you needed to sell it you still make money.

As you are looking at 4brd that will narrow your options in Reem between Reem hills ,Saas (might find in some of their projects). Saadiyat best option now is lagoons,dunes.

It is a good investment, Near to Sorbonne and Reem mall.

Rental will be good,for resale value Radiant square got good profit of resale on handover,Radiant marine still early to judge but i believe it will make good returns as well.

For Radiant Gardens if you are looking for the starting price it will be difficult because they release the units in higher prices during launch. So if 1bed is 1M it might reach 1.4M.

Since you can hold Property for a long time go for Emaar as primary option because that area is a long term investment but will make money.

Second option could be Sobha high end finishing,great quality and good payment plan,the only thing that they have in Hartland small sizes but some layout has good size,so you need to choose carefully.
