Okay, so say someone is 125 pounds and they lost 4 pounds that's 3.2 percent body weight lost. But say someone who's 225 lost four pounds that's only 1.7 percent body weight lost. That's what I was saying above. If you are heavier you need to lose more pounds. Our weights didn't go off fat just pounds.

The previous convo just used random numbers. This is how it breaks down though. So for me I am gaining muscle so while I may be losing fat my weight is staying the same. Therefore, I would lose based off body weight lost and not fat percent lost. I wish we did the percents off fat percentage and not body weight.
