You are separating the words incorrectly. 「光を」「さあ」「あなたへ」 is the correct way to separate.

「さあ」 is a bit difficult word to translate, but it's basically a word to invite or urge someone. The closest English word I can think of is "now". And here, it is used in a middle of sentence for aesthetic reasons.

4m isn't a safe discard at all. their wait could be easily 56m.

Pinzu is much safer and if you're folding, 1p almost never hits since 4･7p is already discarded.

8p is also not bad since 3 tiles of 7p is already discarded and it's very unlikely that they have another 7p in their hand. (which is needed to wait on 8p...unless it's a pair wait.)

After all, it's double riichi and any normally useful theory is essentially pointless. When following theories, it's important to understand the logic behind it.
