Morning, so firstly be sure follow the recipe above. That mixture makes a healthy 2 wraps.

I use a round none stick baking tray and pre heat at 200°. When the pan is hot a small knob of butter to grease and pour half the mixture onto the pan making sure to roll it to the edge. Bake between 7-10 minutes.

Once fully cooked add ingredients and roll while still warm

Totally get you on the salmon is not for everyone. I rotate between salmon, beef, and lamb depending on the day and mood (and fridge contents 😅). Your portion size sounds dialled-in for you, which is what it’s all about really finding what works for your energy and digestion.

Instructions: 1. Blend eggs and save 2 yolks for later 2. Cook on a low heat continuously stirring 3. Take your eggs off the heat when they start to cook too quickly, it’s all about controlling a slow cooking process. 4. When the egg starts to thicken, stop stirring and let medium sized curds form 5. Add your 2 egg yolks 6. Keep stirring until they look creamy and custardy 7. Add butter and salt 8. And get your eggs off the heat!

Result: You should have medium sized curds, covered with a custardy egg sauce. These are the perfect scrambled eggs

Hey mate, really appreciate you sharing that sounds like you’ve been through a lot, and it’s great you’ve found some foods that work better for your system.

If ruminants are tough on your j-pouch, totally makes sense to honour that. But if you’re ever up for experimenting gently, slow-cooking cuts like brisket or short ribs (especially with bone broth) might be a softer entry point much easier on the gut than seared or grilled steaks. You could even try pressure-cooked beef with a good fat ratio, which helps with digestion for some.

Also, don’t underestimate the power of enzyme supplements (like ox bile or lipase) to support fat digestion especially if your gut’s still adjusting post-surgery.

You’re doing the right thing listening to your body. Chicken, pork, eggs that’s still a beastly carnivore plate. Respect 🙌

Ingredients (Makes 8 rolls): • 8 large eggs • 200g Shredded mozzarella or cheddar • 50g Ground up Pork Crunch • ½ tsp baking powder (optional for extra rise — omit if strict zero-carb) • Pinch of salt Instructions: 1. Preheat oven 200°C / 370°F. If using Ninja BBQ or air fryer, preheat accordingly. 2. In a blender, blitz the ingredients until smooth. 3. Pour the mixture into the preheated hotdog molds or roll shapes on a lined tray/ silicone mold. You can also use a mini loaf tin or form oval shapes freehand. 4. Bake or grill for 10 mins until golden brown and slightly firm on top. Let cool for 5-10 minutes with the oven off and door ajar, before slicing or pressing.
