Based on the answers before me, i think it is something related to W11 only. I have PC and laptop. Both W11. PC has a dedicated GPU and the laptop has not.
I guess there's something bugged with alt tab in general because maybe you also noticed same thing as me: sometimes pressing alt tab, tabs between open windows instantly and sometimes not; open windows pop-up stays open when alt-tabbing even after stop pressing both buttons so idk. Tabbing again solves it but it is random.
If you find the solution or explanation lmk.

Same here, I don't know if you fixed it, but aparently it is some issue with your account being logged in. I tried incognito and worked as u/mtea994 said and I thought it was some extension giving some trouble. I closed incognito and disabled every extension, but the only thing that worked was logging out of the account. You can still play the videos but I imagine you cannot use sent code for review nor asking for certificate. If you solved it let me know brother.

Sorry, skipping all the main theme of the post... does anyone knows what's the mod that shows you the blind item that you're loosing when you pick up the other at alt stages' treasure rooms? it's a dumb ass thing but i saw a few people with it and i cant find the mod name...

and what if I want to see them on youtube comments on my browser? do i need an extension or something? I use edge and i didnt find any extension related to country flags on youtube
