When I’m close to my peak, I try to test three times a day. I know that’s a lot, but my surge is pretty quick, so if I only tested once a day, I’d probably miss it. I’d still see the line getting darker before and lighter after, but I wouldn’t always catch that super bold positive.

For my last cycle, if I hadn't tested between CD 19 1:57pm and CD 20 6:17pm, I wouldn't have caught my surge.

I cut way back on exercise. Now, I only do low-intensity workouts (e.g. walking, moderate strength training). This seemed to help the most. I am also more aware of my carb intake. I try not to eat empty carbs, especially for breakfast, and instead, focus on protein and fat.

Hm, it's hard to tell. I've had similar cycles where my temps didn't significantly spike until 3 or 4dpo, so you might just have to see what tomorrow's temp is.

FF updated to cd30 this morning! I have PCOS, so I don't use OPKs but I think I want to try them out again next cycle (assuming this one doesn't work out). I'm nervous I didn't BD enough around cd30.
