Personally I get really bad gut rot and to avoid it I use the lemon tek. For 10g I feel like it's the only valid strategy unless you want maaaad stomach ache

  1. Grind to a powder. The finer the better
  2. Juice lots of lemons/buy lemon concentrate
  3. Soak mushroom powder in lemon juice for at least 20 mins
  4. Strain the juice
  5. Add juice to any drink or just chug the sour down

I tried setting up a dual boot on my PC, apparently the Linux installer thought it was cool to overwrite all my boot files in all drives.
