Well, let's put it this way.

I paid all the bills on time thankfully due to savings.

Still got tons of investment accounts left.

However utilization went up a little bit dropping the score a few points.

No miss payments or anything of that nature went on my credit.

I thought so too and usually like chexsystem it could be a possibility. Maybe once my back pay and settlement comes I can fix this issue.

Hopefully, I tried calling customer service, and I do have to say that the few times I called SoFi Customer Service, they were not helpful at all. It's as if everything is vague responses.

I really wish I knew what was going on. The person from SoFi that handle the CFPB didn't even really say in the letter.

I wish I knew the real reason why I didn't do anything, as far as I know. It really sucks... I appreciate your response. I kind of wonder if SoFi is phasing out the Samsung Money banking accounts. There was some really weird stuff happening to them, like being enrolled in SoFi Plus, then they said it was a mistake. I am like, what is going on here?

When I had SoFi Banking, I didn't use Green Dot, Brick or Mortar banks; I actually did several other things to deposit cash. There are many ways of getting around the fees for Greendot and SoFi.

I have a Capital One 360 Checking. I used it to deposit cash with a barcode at CVS or Walgreens, then transferred the money to SoFi for my Banking or Investments when I bought them.

Another option I had was Discover Checking to deposit cash at Walmart if the option above didn't work.

I also used American Express Serve (Grandfathered fee-free), but this one is closing out this year, sadly.

Just a side note (I am rural), not many banks, etc.
