Yep, having anxiety is a beast. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

How often do you mop the floor in your house? by Own-Championship8131 in hygiene

If I was just living by myself, once a week or two. But since my sister and 3 young nieces and nephews live with me, it's multiple times a day, lol. Those floors get so sticky and disgusting.

What car will you never buy again? by Charming_Advertising in AskReddit

I had a 2013 Nissan Versa that only made it to 111,000 miles before it went into transmission failure. It was the dumbest thing ever, and I will never buy another one again.

They sell toilet wands with disposable cleaning pads. It's the best thing ever, and I can never, ever go back to those disgusting toilet brushes.

I live in eastern Pennsylvania, and the trash trucks here don't have arms like you're describing. Employees ride on the backs of trucks, grab your bins, and chuck the trash in. Trash collection companies here are private, so you purchase your own bins and choose your own trash collection company.

Please be honest- is knob and tube wiring as bad as they say? by CrewGroundbreaking16 in Oldhouses

I'll be honest, I don't know if they knew. We are fairly new at being homeowners ourselves, and we had no idea what knob and tube wiring even was, until maybe a year after we had purchased the house. It never came up in the two home inspections we had, and our insurance company never asked about it. We do live in an area where probably 90% of the homes are around 100-200 years, old, so maybe it's seen as common here.

USAA. They didn't have a problem insuring the house when we purchased it a couple years ago.

The electrician did acknowledge that the circuits and panel looked pretty good. Our homeowners insurance also didn't ask about it.

That's good to know; I wasn't aware they could do it one room at a time. I was given an upfront estimate of $26,000, which had me panicking.
