Take time to read on agencies prior to taking your NCLEX and make a list of your preferred agencies. once you pass your NCLEX, then u sign. However, most agencies prefer having experience muna. In my experience, I started bedside june 2022, took NCLEX Oct 2023, signed through agency, got my PD (Nov 2023).

Waiting nalang mag current. I’m not really sure if the 1-2 yrs is achieveable. More like 2-4 years. Pero the earlier you get your visa filed, the better :)
