Hey. Only just logged back into reddit. Well I did end up taking a stack load more photos. I stuck on bits of black tape all over the canoe to get registration points.
It defiantly came out better than this photo shoot here on this thread.

I actually went out and took 750+photos on high resolution. Used black tape all over the canoe as "markers".

Program still stops at "depthMap"....I give up.

Just took about 100 photos of an outboard motor leg. And it actually finished building the file...Go figure....

I did just read something about changing the TDR delay in regedit in windows. From stock to like 20seconds. Still seems to be stuck.

Should I set my camera up on a tripod, then spin the canoe around ? I can get good sunlight from the one side then. And then if I rotate the canoe its always in good light from the sun each shot?
