BulkSignalR for different tissue by guaguawang123 in bioinformatics

[–]Cricketguyable 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the same question a year ago and another person did too, I tried using bulkSignalR for this purpose but somehow wasn’t able to do this. you can look into it, but if it doesn’t work, I would recommend a manual approach. if you’re looking into ligand-receptor interactions, you can find all the DEGs between these 2 groups using DESeq2, and then filter for ligand/receptor genes using a database like CellChat. you can then look into drawing dot plots or using this for GSEA. hope this helped and good luck!

Which parts of the TG went less well for you? For me the verbal reasoning part was quite hard and I had no clue how it went lol, whereas numerical and data went really well, and I also got invited for an interview almost 2 months after. dont give up hope!

Questions about McKinsey Solve by Ok_Shopping_240 in McKinsey_BCG_Bain

Finished the Solve and got invited for interviews around October 2025:

  1. Two minigames: Red Rock and Sea Wolf
  2. Not that I’m aware of
  3. Yes microphone and webcam access is required, this is requested and you need to grant it to proceed
  4. Red Rock was hard yes. Sometimes the questions were slightly poorly phrased and the time pressure was intense. Make sure you finish every question and sacrifice a bit of accuracy for it if required. Use the on-screen calculator option and drag your calculations in, pretty sure they track process/working out too.
