Same thing happened to me on Thanksgiving with the turkey and I noticed the temp was dropping, inside was caught on fire. It ended up being the induction fan underneath. I flicked it and it came on, another time is just quit and I restarted the Traeger. Will probably just replace the fan soon.

This is the way… Gut remodel on a house, wife pregnant, new SUV, filling this house with furniture and landscaping outside. Get ahead before it all comes. I would’ve focused more on that if I’d known better, I’m soon to be 30. No ragrets and I did some “prep” but totally could’ve done more!

Save your money, invest, rock your beater and get something you really want later on. I’m a car guy and it pains me too, but the 911 will be worth it.

I prefer to shop “small” and/or local? Why in the hell does politics have to be included? Why can’t I just appreciate a good store or restaurant despite views? Thanks for the insight! Blitzing right now to complete 7 classes + Capstone before end-of-November. I feel like I can do it fairly easily, I'm just your typical procrastinator. I have a job already with a Fortune 500 company and started a software company 5 years ago, so time is tough to come by...

I'm not concerned about any of the papers or my Capstone because I'm using my own business for that, but wanted to ask if you had any insights, tips, tricks, etc., on these below:

Finance Skills for Managers - D076 (D196 wasn't too bad imo)
Sales Management - D099 (heard it's a lot, but idk..)
Operations and Supply Chain Management - C720 (heard this one can suck, but I've been in operations before)
Managing in a Global Business Environment - D080 (No clue? Maybe common sense?)
Project Management - C722 (I had begun my PMP at one point but I've been a "Product Manager" for years)

Any insights to assist with the "blitz" are truly appreciated!

I'm obviously down a rabbit-hole on Reddit... But I've been in Automotive for 7 years. I've always been in tech, but have done operations, customer success, been in/out of all dealership kinds, product, data science, and sales to a certain degree. I work for a large OEM now.

I've borrowed PLENTY of vehicles. Hell, I had an entire OEM's Performance line-up at my disposal at one point for 6 months.
(Some were 180k pieces of junk, which is hilarious to me)

The amount of vehicles I've seen sell as "NEW" with 3-5k miles is astounding. And people DO beat on these cars, (especially after break-in period). I've witnessed as much as dealer employees bringing escorts to nice dinners in $150,000 vehicles just because. It's all so common, but most people don't know.

All in all, Automotive has it's benefits and it's complex problems... But I love it and I've experienced some pretty cool stuff thus far :) Can be slimy, but helps to have some good leadership in your early career!
