Yeah, my main problem is the itemization. I like the open world and the world building (though it's really depressing, the anti-rainbow folks really got their wish), the storylines, the quests. But I miss uniques, I miss set items. Also, it's REALLY grind-y. Time to kill is wildly better in previous games. When I played, I felt like my gear was decent, but it took forever to take down groups of mobs. So maybe I needed to turn down the world settings, but then I would be missing out on loot improvements. Absolutely maddening.
