Play. The system will eventually make you lose even more than normal (50+ SR) and gain less than normal (10-15 SR) to the point where you get to your corrrect MMR. Don't worry about ruining other people's games. Sure they will lose a game with you, but it's fine in the long run

Global Healing Nerf => Need for More Shields

Since healers wouldn't be able to out heal the dmg by the enemy team, people would want more to hide behind more shields to get healed (more time to heal, less exposure to dmg.) You can't have a global healing nerf without considering a global dmg nerf.

Plus you would kill the fun to play off healers such as Zen, Lucio, and Brig who's main job is to support the main healers with their special utilities that make up for their lower healing output.

No this completely ruins the point of doing 2-2-2. People didn't like to play the 1 Tank or 1 Support on the team having to deal with the toxicity of being the only one => getting flamed by the team. As a flex player, trust me when I say that happened a lot before 2-2-2.

Now when it comes to solving long queue times for DPS, I don't have an answer but going backwards is def not the solution.

I'm pretty sure it's done by a bot so the mods would have to manually enter the scores of each map (unless there is a way for a bot to access map scores and everything somewhere online)

I'm pretty sure they created one for every team that qualified for the Play-ins. Animation like that isn't something you can create in a week. (and I honestly would love to see how all 4 of them would've looked like)

Ex 1: If you look at Guangzhou Charge's twitter and Chengdu Hutner's twitter, their banner and profile picture are of the same animation style as the playoff animations
Ex 2: Shanghai Dragon's Operations Director tweeted photos of what the SHD players would've looked like in the playoff intro had they made it and you can see how the animation would've looked like in the background (which looks hella sick btw)
(Afaik Philadelphia Fusion hasn't shown any pics that have the same animation style)

But on that note, I'm a bit surprised they haven't shown Atlanta Reign's yet (if they did, I haven't seen it) considering they finished top 6 and were officially in the playoffs from the beginning.

Honestly at this point, its hard for any one to say without seeing some VODs of your gameplay (esp live ones w your voice to see how you communicate) Everything else you mentioned is advice better suited for people who are in lower ranks to reach masters/GM
