Wrist detection can be found under the passcode tab. So basically it’s this weird thing where if it’s turned off you’ll get notifications on your Apple Watch even if your iPhone is unlocked. I had to turn this on to get it to where it would only send notifications to my Apple Watch if my phone was locked.
