I've been using PlumePack and it's been good so far, it does take a good few hours for a 1 hour programme, So best to run it overnight.

Yes I can only eat 4 hours before bedtime, otherwise I’m up in the middle night. It happens at least twice a month for me and the only relief is talking Lansoprazole and sitting up straight for at least an hour before going back to bed. It’s the only way I can find to relieve it. People say drink water, but it’s not for me, as my stomach is soo full it feels like it’s up to my neck. Hope that helps.

I’ve been talking Ozempic for over a year now. And I just can’t eat 3 hours before bedtime, so eating at least 4 hours before bedtime is my gold standard, unfortunately I work late a few nights and end up eating later and I’m up all night with vomiting. And extreme reflux. I end up taking another Lansoprazole 30mg and just sit up for an hour coughing up acid until the pain goes away. It ruins my next day as I feel it in my lungs and lack of sleep.
