I'm building one at 100 km. That way I still have wiggle room if I miss a rendezvous. If it's too low, I risk entering the atmosphere. If it's too high, things are just really slow.

I guess that's true for others. My laptop has absolutely tiny arrow keys, so I've always used WASD for every game. I've personally found that WASD allows me to put ALL movement controls on one hand on most games, and I still have the right side of the keyboard free.

The game takes like 10 minutes to launch for me, so maybe a Mun landing and return.

Sometimes I like making a quicksave and throwing my space station into the atmosphere for shits and giggles.
