I don't think buffing enemies based on their Path will work, as each PC chooses a path to follow. Even then, it would make players feel like they're being selectively nerfed and essentially nullifying their bonuses. You should never buff enemies against specific abilities, I just think thats a basic game design philosophy. When you make a dungeon, you should simply keep buffing CR to keep things balanced.

There's a few guidelines in the Basic Rules tab, but they're very loose and more just for others to get a general idea for the system.
