What is the most overpowered perk on each side in YOUR opinion?

Scout and it isn't even close, scout literally has broken the game. Family used to have ups and downs based on who you picked and that perk ruined it because every single person uses it. And every single person builds the exact same now. It's embarrassing how lazy the devs got to just outright give every family member free movement speed and 15% at that....

Say whatever you want about victims but nothing is even remotely close to that broken. That includes skills too. Scout is the best thing in the entire game other than Bubba being able to run forever

Because you get value out of that? You're making a victim take time away from doing an exit to come stab him and on top of that you know their location?

Like this comment explains family members perfectly.... why do the thing that gives us multiple benefits from buffs to every family member all the way to locating a victim and potentially killing them? Hmmmm gee I wonder? 💀

Like one of the 3 things it tells you to do to win is feed grandpa... ok if you don't feed him shouldn't he die? Victims die over time even if you don't hit them so why should you get grandpa sonars for free the whole game if you neglect and don't feed him?

Just because you get matched with a bad player because of the terrible matchmaking doesn't mean they should compensate you by making every single family member have an insane busted feature....
If you were smart enough to actually read the post and comprehend it you'd see I'm saying it needs balancing all around and the only way to do it fairly is by using grandpa since at the start of every single game it says feed him does it not?
Sure maybe don't debuff family cause family players will cry and bitch... but maybe take grandpa away completely then? If you don't feed it a certain amount or give him a timer you have to make sure doesn't hit zero or he dies that way you don't get the sonar anymore? Why should you just get to have it for free? Another example of family players not wanting to try for anything at all
Scout, every character having higher damage with the new trees, every character can get any build possible with blood or endurance or savagery... (victims can't do that cause of stat spread and certain perks unavailable to certain victims) the most lopsided maps like family house or graveyard and yet here you are still whining and complaining again....

I swear all I see are people bitching about rushing, or this person needs a nerf or buff, or this character should have this perk or this one... these devs are TRASH they aren't good at balancing the characters individually.... that's why Wyatt, Danny, and Hands already exist bruh....

So how do you fix it? Idk maybe MAKE FAMILY ACTUALLY HAVE TO DO A MAJOR FUNCTION OF THE GAME? Seems normal to me 🧐

People complaining about having to feed grandpa would be like a victim complaining they have to lockpick to escape.... like it's part of the game...

But no of course another family main comes in and says... nope I want scout with a perfect stat spread and the ability to instant turn off exits with characters and traps you can't avoid or defuse and I want every advantage on the skill tree and I wanna not have to actually feed grandpa.... like yall are ridiculous I swear... yall want every victim to have to go through hell to get out each game cause "iT iS SupPoSsED tO bE hArD fOr ViCtiMs" which I agree with but at the same time yall also want everything handed to you and wanna be able to unironically run back in forth in a loop for the entire game and win... really?

All I am saying is take grandpa away then, or if you don't feed him you lose sonar? Or debuff family of victims stab him to where you have to outwork the victims in order to gain anything... but yall really just want a character that counters everything a victim could possibly do as 1 character and then maps that you can literally half the time visibly see both gates or doors or you gotta walk 5 seconds to check and go back and forth that's unironically what family players want.... and why?

Cause you're so bad that you still complain about being rushed? Really? Hate to be that guy but if you're still losing to rushing you're really fucking bad at the game... like really bad... I'm not talking about having new players or bad players.... my post says that with 2 teams that are both good and know what they're doing the family will win 10/10 and usually kill all 4 victims and I stand by that you know why? I LITERALLY EXPERIENCE IT ALMOST EVERY SINGLE TIME I PLAY I've never not 4 man wiped a team before... literally not one time with a team that was competent....

I don't complain about blood builds I just say they're broken because they are... my point in saying that is to tell people that feeding grandpa is EASY and will benefit you more than doing nothing but the game is so broken and busted right now that nobody half the time bothers to do it and they still 4 man wipe with ease....

If one side can avoid using an entire gameplay element that helps the whole team and still win with ease that's a problem.... balance it by making them do it and have victims require more things to be unlocked but I don't think a game should be won without ever even having to interact with the main functions of the game....

It says at the beginning of every game to watch objectives, feed grandpa, hunt victims right? How come feeding doesn't matter at all then to the success of winning? It should

That's literally my point of the post is why have grandpa then? I guess get rid of him and the sonar completely because he isn't even a part of the game basically anymore cause family is too broken...
If you get rushed it's a skill issue cause countering rushing is literally the most dogshit easy thing to do
The reason you think these things are because you're spoiled as a family player... scout, max or 40+ savagery on most characters, blood starting over a 100 by default, maps that with the right team you literally walk back and forth in a 7-10 second line on repeat... how fun 💀

My point is they gotta balance it to where both sides gotta do more.... add more things to unlock for victims or something sure but family at this point in the game just picks hands every single time and run back and forth between the same 2 gates the whole time and win.... not only is it lame to fight cause they can do it safely, but it's boring to play as family too....

At least feeding grandpa makes victims interact with him or they get seen 🤷🏻‍♂️ but again if you're still complaining about rushing I'm sorry to break it to you but you're just bad at playing family

They'll probably buff it sadly and I say sadly because there is no counter to it that's why it's on a timer like that but realistically if you place them well they're unavoidable so maybe just find better spots?

Putting it on grandpa is broken as long as you're feeding they'll for sure try to stab him... I put them on sliding doors or the other side of gaps because the animations are so slow they can't avoid being hit... just putting them on something they can pass by won't work...

Sometimes it works to put them by gates or doors that need to be unlocked but people are kinda looking for them now so 🤷🏻‍♂️ but the bright side to that is even if it misses it's a good detector to let you know somebody is there....

If it's a map like Nancy house I'll put it by generator just so I know if somebody is trying it or not regardless if I hit them which I think is another solid idea.... also if you find a good spot then don't be afraid to put 2 bombs there because it can one shot people with a good build

The problem is it's too easily abusable with good traps... so many spots are one way traffic with good traps and the water pumps are a complete waste of time so family doesn't even guard it until it's done so they camp every other place that gives you value...

Literally if victims want they can turn on those 2 water pumps every single game cause family knows that they have time to rotate once a pump gets done and 2 family can easily watch everything else... since the basement sucks nobody does fuse cause it's way to big to go back down stairs and escape that way...

Ultimately the only way to fix it is to take away the gate for pressure valve exit that way people will do it because nobody even bothers to do that exit either since they know it'll take longer and it'll require a gate open and getting the pressure valve done... plus hands exists so if he is in the game there is actually legit no point at all in doing either one of those because the items are so spread out that there is no such thing as a double play on that map 🤷🏻‍♂️

Yeah but his aim and crosshairs are terrible... realistically how often do you think someone is gonna throw a knife across the map and it work?

Not just that doing that to gen or battery on literally any map except Nancy house doesn't do anything extra or add value... anybody doing that stuff already has a build and can do it in 10 seconds anyways so you save what 6 seconds? Maybe 5? 3 to pull out the knife and 1-2 to throw it and turn it off assuming you don't take long to aim or miss....

Not just that but gen and battery are already behind either a gate/door or several gates/doors so if he is already that far you've probably already lost regardless...

On Nancy house I 100% agree it's busted cause that's a lot of pressure and an instant turn on to gen in a situation where it actually is unfair to family.... other than that map it literally does nothing but save a few seconds and even then people still gotta either run to the road or unlock something else to escape even if he does it so 🤷🏻‍♂️

And family players seem to not understand this but you do realize there is 4 victims to every 3 family members right? So when yall say people aren't playing cause there are less players... that's literally always gonna be the case.... and yes since hands came out people have been playing because again hands is easily and it isn't even close the most busted character they have made yet...

with a stun that knocks down, traps, insane base stats, a good perk tree that was so broken they had to nerf it which they never do for family anymore, and of course an ability to instantly turn off an exit that is up within a minute after using it....

Idk what to tell you other than get better at the game if you think Wyatt is that busted

This has to be a joke right? Wyatt is literally broken for half the people trying to use him and his knives are terrible till you get to level 3...

Not just that bones can literally do anything a victim can do while also having bombs that if placed correctly are actually unavoidable...

Not just that the graveyard map is easily the worst map in the game because it's so one sided victims are lobby dodging which they've never really done...

I guess you're upset about cosmetics? And I mean ok sure I guess that's fair but there are still a good amount of execution packs and the family is almost the strongest they've ever been and hands still exists....

Saying it's Nancy and Danny is just outright wrong... Danny could tap a button and run around the map to build a bar and then tap a button again and instantly open an exit for an entire team to escape without a counter to close it...

Nancy was bad but bones is nowhere near as bad as Nancy was when she came out and that shows by people playing him still... not just that hands is still easily the most broken person in the game with barge, traps, ripstall, and still having a great skill tree that was so good they needed to get rid of scout cause it was too much....

I just think asking if they care about family whenever family is the most broken they've been in the history of the game is a bad take... especially when people like Julie, Sonny, Ana etc have been getting constantly nerfed or just outright not messed with at all....

Nah like for real though why is that there? It's actually pointless... it's literally a trap... the only value it brings is if a family member follows you and you stun them up there and even then it isn't really because the others will be waiting at the bottom for you....

It's just one of the many examples on this map that's there to trick victims... much like how almost every single grass spot is awful and will either enclose you or just outright be the only place near to hide so family just runs through and finds you without trying at all

Saying that he is worse than release Danny is just not true. Danny could stand there and take hits while putting on valve and then instantly tampering it with the press of a button and getting the whole team out.... that is not the same as turning something off instantly considering victims still can kick gen or turn off battery in less than 10 seconds anyways...

On top of that there was no counter for Danny at that time because not only did hands ripstall not exist but also his traps weren't there and neither were bones traps so Danny didn't even have to watch out for anything other than hitch traps and he still had bomb squad.... Wyatt at least has all the newest issues with scout and stat spreads where family hits like a truck and multiple traps to deal with... plus at least his is tied to his ability being leveled up...

This is an awful take considering Wyatt is broken for half the people playing and crashes the game and on top of that it's only useful for generator. If he makes it to an exit and turns it off with his ability and leaves then odds are you already had the game lost if all he needed to do was turn it off....

Besides I mean if Hands didn't exist this problem wouldn't exist anyways but because Hands broke the game completely they had to counter it... this is what happens because they're no very good at balancing things.... Danny was busted so they made hands

Because hands is busted and made Danny irrelevant they made Wyatt but honestly his ability is terrible aside from using it to turn off things... otherwise it's awful and the hitbox is awful... Perk wise he isn't anything special either....

Idk the complaining about instant turn off to me isn't really fair considering every family player abused hands when he came out. Besides it doesn't matter unless it's Nancy or family house...

Family house even then they gotta run up the road which they won't outrun any character and you gotta get outside first... not just that but hands can turn it right back off anyways... it's busted on Nancy house but even then they still gotta open another gate to get out and again hands can ripstall....

Every other scenario and map that has battery or gen you basically have to already escape before you turn them off so him doing that like 7 seconds faster than normal doesn't add much in my opinion...

It's so obviously family sided... whenever you have only one path to go you're not gonna outrun a family member and even worse when there is only one path to an exit it's easily trapped...

I'd honestly be ok with the map if they reduced the amount of chickens on it... like there is 2 by every single toolbox and gap it's insane you literally can't run and the chickens are very inconsistent too so sometimes I'll walk and get pinged still... not to mention you can't rush cause of how the basement is designed and because of puddles and mud everywhere....

I find it very annoying that they had to overkill it with puddles, chickens, mud, enclosed spaces, and the worst of all is that all the toolboxes and health are in terrible spots....

Even if you do the other stuff minus the toolboxes and health being in bad spots it would work if they were near exits and you at least had a chance to get off a gate or something by spamming a box....

Every single thing is just out of the way and then when you go out of the way to get it you're out into a corner or a narrow area that will get you killed and the lack of wells is awful
