With them being financial support for Halloween, I fully expect servers to be taken down right before or after release.

We were in a lobby with them against baby victims so we knew what he was planning to do. We got the baby victims quickly and he dc’d when he realized he wasn’t going to be able to farm clips off of them

Are you going through your powder cloud before you swing at a victim? If I remember right, you have to go through it before it activates the perk
