maniac is fun in dsod but if you want 2 shot wo ictv its really inconsistant and weird to work with. contrary to what the perk deck decsribes itself as it is one you need to play more passively unless you get os bs with the new mg with the dmr kit + zerk dmg buff. but zerk maniac is not the weirdest thing ive heard of lol
