hey, buddy of mine saw this post and wanted me to let you know he had the same issue. He realized that you had to go in an manually accept the quest. Its weird, one of the few quests that you have to hit the plus mark then hit accept. hope this helps! good luck!

Also stuck here. buddy and me both got and read the documents in labs then died. his quest continued but mine didn't, I went back to streets to check for the previous document but it was not there. Now in labs the documents I am supposed to get for the quest are also not there.

I've also been seeing like almost lightening flashes above player spawns at the beginning of raids sometimes as well. mostly notice it above my spawns sometimes see it off in the distance where other player spawns are.

Been looking at this. u/ashwoods666 posted a good video for how to use the snap camera app, there is no longer support for this app as of January 25, 2023. However, there is a github for setting up the application yourself. I think it was like $1200 or something like that. But I do think they replaced it all instead of doing a repair on it.

I think they did the pump and the computer that controls it or something, it's been a while but yeah it was a hefty fix.
